Roger Göthberg has a solid market and leadership experience from companies in development, such as MAN Energy Solutions AB and Skangas (now Gasum). Roger will continue to strengthen the company's position as a thought leader and competence center for hydrogen solutions and continue to deliver value added products and services to its customers.
The majority owner Qarlbo Energy took over the remaining shares at the turn of the year and thus became the owner of Nilsson Energy. Together with the sister company Hydri AB, Nilsson Energy AB forms the basis of the platform Qarlbo Energy wants to develop in the environmental sector. Nilsson Energy will continue to work on further developing knowledge and solutions in the hydrogen area as well as deepening relationships with customers and partners. With the new ownership structure in place, the company's founding trio have chosen to end their assignment for Nilsson Energy.

Nilsson Energy was founded in 2017 by Pontus Lundgren, Martina Wettin and Hans-Olof Nilsson. The company and the three founders became important advocates and pioneers in the development of decentralized hydrogen solutions in the transition to fossil-free energy solutions.
Qarlbo Energy is a Swedish investment company jointly owned by the Conni Jonsson family Qarlbo AB and the Wallenbergstiftelsernas FAM AB.
