Meet Henrik Unosson, Head of HSEQ at Nilsson Energy.
Henrik started as Head of HSEQ in May 2022 and is responsible for how all of us at Nilsson Energy are systematically working with health, safety, sustainability and quality. Henrik have years of experience from working with HSEQ at large companies as Saab Surveillance (former Electronic Defelce Systems), ESAB and Volvo.
Why did you apply for a job at Nilsson Energy?
First and foremost I believe that hydrogen is a super exiting industry! Renewable forms of energy is interesting and important. It's in line with both my personal interests and my experience with working within sustainability and quality. As a dad I'm passionate about doing what I can to create a better world for my and others' children in the future.
I also felt done working within large companies where I was a small cog in a big machine and where it was difficult to influence the development for the company. When I was given the opportunity to work at a smaller start-up in the right industry, I felt that, now it's time to try something new!
What is most fun with working at Nilsson Energy?
The atmosphere, the colleagues, the feeling of being part of a extremely exiting journey! I affect how we develop within HSEQ and make sure that we are properly equipped when we are growing quickly.
Tip for people wanting to work at Nilsson Energy?
You need to like a bit of "settler spirit" and that you are responsable to fix what is missing or not in place. There has been big changes since I started 6 months ago. A lot of things are starting to find it's place with processes, routines etc. but we are still feeling the fast growth.
I recommend everyone exited about working in a industry of the future to get on the train!
